Monkeypox Diagnostic Testing and Vaccines: Hold Claims
In a July 26, 2022, press release, the American Medical Association (AMA) announced new CPT codes related to Monkeypox diagnostic testing and vaccination.
The Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) will be updating our system to include these codes and ask that all claims be held until the update is complete.
