Discontinued Laboratory Codes Related to COVID-19, CR 117890
On May 10, 2023, CMS updated the Laboratories: CMS Flexibilities to Fight COVID-19 document found on the CMS Coronavirus waivers and flexibilities web page. The updated document reflects that, effective May 11, 2023, the following laboratory codes related to COVID-19 lab analysis and specimen collection have been terminated and may no longer be billed.
