On the evening of July 7, 1978, Tanner attended parties in a wooded section of Route 9 in Kennebunk and at the Kennebunk Beach. Tanner left the Kennebunk Beach gathering in the company of friends and was dropped off at the intersection of Routes 9 and 35 in Kennebunk at approximately 2330 hours. Tanner indicated she was going to hitchhike home from that location.
On July 9, 1978, Tanner's body was discovered in Gracie Evans Airfield in Lyman. Several suspects have been interviewed.

Schwartz was a 91-year-old man who was discovered near the front entrance of his home that was completely destroyed by fire on 11/11/76 at 0330 hours. The fire was determined to be arson.

Sanborn was found deceased in Sanford, Maine, on September 16, 1985 at 0725 hours. The body was located lying next to his vehicle in a parking lot at Providence Automation Company in the Adams Industrial Park in Sanford, Maine.

Ouellette, a fifteen-year-old female from Saco, was found lying in the middle of the Pine Point Road in Scarborough by passing motorists on 02/10/99 at 0357 hours. Ouellette was last seen alive at approximately 0200 hours at a residence in Saco. She was allowed to spend the night there; however, by morning, Ashley had disappeared from the residence. Ouellette was not seen again until found in the road.

On 11/03/89 at approximately 0200 hours, O'Neil died as the result of a residential fire. Investigation revealed that the fire was set with a flammable liquid. A suspect has been interviewed in this case.

Mary Olenchuk was last seen alive on Sunday, August 9, 1970, 200 yards from her home at approximately 1700 hours. She was standing beside a maroon car, possibly a 1967 Chevy. The driver of the car was described as a white male, mid-thirties, wearing dark clothes.
On August 22, 1970 at 1300 hours, Olenchuk's body was found in a barn at the Parson's Estate in Kennebunk by a Kennebunk Officer. Location of the barn was on Wentworth Street in Kennebunk, which is 10.2 miles from the point of abduction

Napier was found floating in the Saco River on 02/20/94 at the Maine Energy Recovery Plant. Autopsy revealed Napier drowned.
During the investigation, information had been obtained that Napier was involved in a fight with another male in the backyard of 24 Bradley Street in Lyman, Maine.

On November 6, 1976 at approximately 0440 hours, the body of Dorothy Milliken was found lying outside of Beal's Laundromat at 969 Lisbon Street in Lewiston, Maine.
Milliken frequently did her laundry late at night or in the early morning hours. On November 5th, she left her residence after her husband went to bed at approximately 2300 hours.
The family of Dorothy Milliken is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for this crime.

The victim was last seen leaving his place of employment, Veno Electric, in Conway, NH, on Thursday, July 9, 1992 around 1400 hours in his gray van.
Mair failed to show for work on July 10, 1992, which was unusual for him. On July 15, 1992, Mair's body was discovered in woods off an old logging road behind the Mair residence.
