Section 60 DME Cures Act Codes, CR 109579

Effective May 13, 2022, MaineCare Benefits Manual (MBM), Section 60, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) codes have been updated in MIHMS retroactively to January 1, 2022. The updated rates can be found in this spreadsheet on the Codes and Rates webpage or you can find the full list of codes with rate updates in the fee schedule. We will adjust affected claims submitted with dates of service between January 1, 2022, and May 12, 2022, and no provider action is needed.
