MaineCare Rate Reform Expert Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) Consultation on Draft CY2024 Rate Determination Schedule: Presented Materials and Proposed Schedule

On October 4, 2023, MaineCare held its Annual Draft Rate Determination Schedule Consultation with the TAP which was open to the public. See the recording of the presentation to the TAP, along with the presented materials on our Rate System Reform website.  

The proposed schedule is available for public review. We encourage interested parties to review the materials, as they contain additional context and rationale pertaining to the proposed schedule.   

Written comments should be sent via email to Amanda Lee, MaineCare’s Rate Setting Coordinator, by the close of business on November 14, 2023.  

Pursuant to P.L. 2021, Ch. 639, once the Department has considered all comments, the final rate determination schedule will be posted to the Rate System Reform website, along with a summary of all comments.
