Attention Providers of Section 23, Developmental and Behavioral Health Clinics - Foster Care Comprehensive Health Assessment Service: Presented Materials and Comment Period
PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT
On November 30, 2022, MaineCare held an online public meeting to present draft rate models along with the rationale for the recommended rate models for Comprehensive Health Assessment Services. The presented materials with draft rate models and a video recording of the meeting have now been posted on our website.
The Department will accept written comments until December 15, 2022. The Department will then respond in writing to comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.
As providers and interested stakeholders, your feedback is important during the rate determination process. Please submit comments or questions related to this rate determination process to Jeannette Sedgwick, MaineCare’s Policy Writer for Section 23.
