ATTENTION Correction to Section 92, Section 13, and Section 17 message to Providers: Passthrough process now required if organizations jointly serve an Opioid Health Home (OHH) Member

This is a correction to the e-message sent on September 2, 2022, regarding Passthrough Payments for certain services. The message incorrectly stated that Opioid Health Homes (OHH) providers will need to enter authorizations codes for case management services provided by Section 92, Section 13, and Section 17 providers through Kepro. To clarify, providers for Section 13, Section 92 and Section 17 will need to enter one of the authorization codes for their members who are also enrolled in Opioid Health Homes (OHH):

  • Section 13 providers will use the following codes with modifiers for their authorization: T1017 HG-TCM HIV, T1017 U5 HG-TCM Homeless, T1017 UC HG- TCM Children.

  • Section 92 providers will use the following codes with modifiers for their authorization: T2022 HA HG-BHH Children, T2022 HB HG- BHH Adult.

  • Section 17 providers will use the following codes with modifiers for their authorization: H2015 HG- Community Integration.
