Attention All Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Providers: New Foreign Language Quick Reference Guides

We are pleased to announce that Sandata is offering foreign language Quick Reference Guides for the Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) application on the Sandata On Demand learning platform. These Quick Reference Guides are available in the following languages:

• Spanish
• Russian
• Somali
• Mandarin Chinese
• Arabic

To access the Quick Reference Guides, users should:

• Log in to https://sandata.zendesk.com.
  • If you do not have a Sandata Zendesk login, please follow the password setup instructions found HERE.
  • Any user with access to the Sandata EVV or Aggregator portals should have access to Sandata On Demand.

• Click on the “Quick Reference Guide (QRG)” tile:
