2022 Section 90 Rate Update, CR 108737 and CR 109095

Effective April 06, 2022, and April 27, 2022, we updated the rates in MIHMS for MaineCare Benefits Manual Section 90 codes, retroactively to January 1, 2022. You can view them on the Health PAS Online Portal.

See the annual update spreadsheet and the additional updates spreadsheet for a list of codes with new rates. These spreadsheets are available on the Codes & Rates webpage.

We will reprocess claims that paid at the incorrect rates from January 1, 2022, to the date of the change in MIHMS, and no provider action is needed.
