You may be selected to participate in a survey about your family’s MaineCare coverage!

We need your help to improve MaineCare. The Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) is working with the University of Southern Maine to collect feedback from families with children who are MaineCare members to learn about their experience using MaineCare and the quality of care their child is receiving. Participation in this online survey will help us identify ways to improve services for all MaineCare families.

We will be randomly selecting children who were enrolled in MaineCare April 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024. If your child is chosen, someone from the University of Southern Maine’s Survey Research Center will contact you soon by telephone, email, or text, to ask you to take part in a telephone or online survey. The survey will only take 15 minutes.

OMS is committed to providing access to high quality care and services. Your feedback will help us reach this goal.

Each year, OMS conducts a survey to hear about:

  • The health care children covered by MaineCare received.

  • Your experience with your child’s MaineCare in the last 6 months.

The information you provide will be kept completely private and confidential, and your answers will never be matched with you or your child’s name. Individual answers will never be seen by MaineCare, or anyone involved with your child’s care and will not impact your child’s eligibility for MaineCare.

We hope you will take this opportunity to tell us about your experiences! If you have any questions, please contact MaineCare Member Services at 1-800-977-6740 (TTY users, dial 711 for Maine Relay).
