Evergreen Agency Support / Change Champions

We are excited to partner with a network of volunteers who will help us implement Evergreen at the provider agency level.

The volunteers are called “Agency Support” (formerly “Change Champions”), and they are people like you who seek to improve our work processes and outcomes. They will act as liaisons between the Evergreen project team and their respective groups or organizations, providing feedback, support, and information.

The role of an Agency Support Person is to:

• Increase awareness about the implementation of Evergreen and available guidance; and
• Work with end-users to gather common concerns, and provide more streamlined information to the Evergreen project team so those concerns can be addressed as quickly as possible.

Agency Support are not project team members; they are doing this role in addition to their daily jobs. They are valuable partners who will help us make the transition to Evergreen as smooth and successful as possible.

You can find the list of Agency Support and the organizations and groups they support in the table below.  If your agency does not have an Agency Support Person, you can reach out to an OADS contact on the list below for assistance.  If you do not see an Agency Support Person for your organization or group, and you would like to volunteer for that role, please contact Evergreen.DHHS@maine.gov.
