FEMA is pleased to announce the upcoming offering of K0311: Hurricane Readiness for Coastal Communities, a virtual training course designed to enhance preparedness and response capabilities among coastal emergency managers.

Important: If you would like to receive National Disaster and Emergency Management University (NDEMU, formally EMI) credit and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for your participation in the K0311 course, you must register for the course on NDEMU’s website with the K0311 course code and fill out a course evaluation after the training. The course evaluation form will be shared at the end of the training.

This course is tailored for emergency managers and officials in hurricane-prone coastal areas and will be delivered by subject matter experts from the National Hurricane Center (NHC) and FEMA.
