State Performance Plan / Annual Performance Review
Each year, Early Intervention for ME / Child Development Services submits a report to the federal government that describes the state's early intervention program's efforts to meet the requirements and purposes of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as well as describe the state's performance related to federal compliance indicators.The Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs publicly posts past year's State Performance Plan / Annual Performance Review (SPP/APR) on the following website: https://sites.ed.gov/idea/spp-apr/. Regional Compliance Reporting
Part C regulation 34 §CFR 303.702(b) requires each state to report annually to the public on the performance of each Early Intervention Service (EIS) program located in the state on the targets in the state's performance plan as soon as practicable but no later than 120 days following the state's Annual Performance Report (APR) submission. The attached tables serve as public reporting on the state targets and performance of each EIS programs for Indicators 1-8 during each fiscal year.
