- Child Development Services and the Maine Department of Education are convening a Part B 619 advisory committee which is tasked with identifying and addressing all issues related to the proposed transition of special education related services for children age 3 to kindergarten age 5 to the public schools and developing recommendations to be submitted to the Department.
