Round 3: Municipal Ordinance Development Grants
Municipal Ordinance Development Grant Program Statement: Round 3 (PDF): Provides information to municipalities on how to apply for funding to amend ordinances to comply with LD 2173, LD 1829, LD 427 and LD 997. Applications will be awarded funding on a rolling basis starting on Monday, November 9 until grant funds are expended. We estimate sufficient funds to support approximately 30 applicants. If funds remain, the last day to submit an application is February 28, 2027.
This grant application must be submitted through the MOCA Submittable Grants Portal. For assistance, watch this video on signing up for the Submittable platform and completing the grant application.
