On January 13, 2026, Maine Coastal Program submitted proposed changes to Maine's federally approved coastal management program to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office for Coastal Management. As of February 9, 2026, the enforceable policies identified in the attached Table of Approved Changes shall be applicable in reviewing federal actions pursuant to the federal consistency requirements of the Coastal Zone Management Act and its implementing regulations found at 15 CFR part 930.
