The Maine EMS Data Committee would like to hear from you!
Goods and services procured by State of Maine Agencies where the cost of the goods or service exceeds $10,000 must generally be purchased through a competitive bid process. The competitive bid process starts with the creation of a request for proposals (RFP) that is then published and for which vendors will provide responses denoting the requirements they meet or do not meet and the cost of the vendor's proposal. The annual cost to the state of Maine for the products and services that ImageTrend provides is approximately $200,000 and the current contract expires at the end of June 2022.
