***MEFIRS OUTAGE UPDATE***
Elite Field, the offline reporting functionality of MEFIRS, appears to be working; however, incidents will not post at this time, and certain features will not work. E.g., patient treatment query, direct messaging.
Image Trend hosted applications have been affected by the worldwide CrowdStrike anti-virus software outage. We've been advised that numerous non-ImageTrend sites and vendors may also be experiencing an outage.
Your data is secure and has not been compromised in any way.
Image Trend is in the process of restoring functionality. Image Trend sites (MEFIRS, Hospital Hub, and eLicensing) should regain functionality within the next eight hours.
Maine EMS is in close contact with the Image Trend with the goal of keeping on top of any issues identified as they work to restore functionality.
