Maine EMS is excited to announce a new member to the team!
Starting June 1, 2020, Darren Davis will be joining us as a Data Coordinator. Darren will be working with our database system for improved capabilities and reporting, allowing for better use for the entire EMS system.
After living and working in Texas for the last fifteen years, Darren has returned to his home state of Maine and brought his 35 years of public safety experience with him. He has previously served as the Assistant Chief of the Rockland Fire Department and was one of the first EMT-Intermediates in the Midcoast region. Over the last 20 years, Darren has provided technical services and support for hundreds of public safety agencies throughout North America, most recently through Caliber Public Safety. He attended the University of Maine and is a Microsoft certified engineer, database administrator, database developer and trained in business intelligence reporting. When Darren is not in front of a computer, he enjoys woodworking, gardening and fishing.
We would like to extend a hearty welcome to Darren and look forward to the variety of talents and skills he brings to the Maine EMS office and the Maine EMS system as a whole.
Welcome Darren!
