Overview
EMS ConnectME is an opportunity for individuals to learn about emergency medical services (EMS), so that they can make an informed decision about choosing it as a career. The program is a partnership between an EMS agency and its local school(s), with a focus on teaching participants the unique qualities of EMS in their own community. The goal is for more individuals to connect with their local EMS, understand the essential services that EMS provides, and be better prepared to enter into formal EMS education.
EMS ConnectME was developed in partnership with Maine EMS and JMG.
