Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)-MaineCare Provider List
ACT is an intensive 24/hr day, 7 days a week service provided by a team with a clinician, social worker and other staff in the home, community and office. The purpose is to prevent admission to, or to help in discharge from psychiatric hospital, residential facility or crisis stabilization unit.
