We appreciate your need for information from OCFS. In order to best serve you and all who make requests of the Information Services unit we now ask for completion of the electronic data request form. Completing this form will ensure that your request is received and processed in a timely manner.

Contact Information

Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed. Completion of the request will depend on the complexity of the data extraction and analysis required. You will be notified via email when your request is complete. If you require the information sooner, please indicate the date required and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
