All Home Health Services under Section 40 and Hospice Services under Section 43 are required to use EVV for services delivered in a MaineCare member's home or in a community-based services setting by January 1, 2023. In accordance with Sections AAAA-3 and AAAA-6 of the biennial budget, 2021 P.L. Ch. 398, the Department will issue monthly supplemental “ramp” payments during calendar year 2022 that total $9.6 million to providers of services under Sections 2, 17, 26, 28 and 65 to support providers’ ability to pay their direct service workers at least 125% of Maine minimum wage.
