Metric Explanation: A count of individuals receiving long term services and supports via Medicaid 1915c Home and Community Based Waiver Service programs per MaineCare Benefits Manual (Sections 18, 19, 20, 21, 29).
Each waiver serves adults with disabilities, which includes older adults or persons with physical disabilities and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, such as autism spectrum disorders, traumatic/acquired brain injury, or other related conditions.

Metric Explanation: The number of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) utilizing self-directed MaineCare Benefits Manual Sections 18, 20 and 29 Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver options.
Self-directed services include: financial management, supports brokerage, individual goods and services, home support, community membership, home accessibility adaptations and assistive technology.
