The MDPB will hold an orientation and retreat for members on April 23, 2021 from 0800-1100
This is an orientation and training retreat for members of the Medical Direction and Practices Board to help familiarize the new members that have onboarded within the past 16 months to national and state EMS trends (e.g., EMS 2050, Model Guidelines, Scope of Practice, etc.). It will also serve as an opportunity for members of the MDPB to speak to items that they would like to address over the next year and beyond in anticipation of upcoming strategic planning which will include in-person planning from the MDPB and a variety of other stakeholders. There will be a public comment period; however, it will likely be restricted to the beginning of the meeting.
