Registration is Open for the MaineCare 2024 Delivery System Reform (DSR) Forums

Registration is now open for MaineCare's DSR Annual Forums for:

  • Accountable Communities (AC),
  • Behavioral Health Homes (BHH),
  • Community Care Teams (CCT) including Housing Outreach and Member Engagement (HOME) providers,
  • MaineMOM,
  • Opioid Health Homes (OHH), and
  • Primary Care Plus (PCPlus) providers.    

MaineCare is offering two venue/date options this year. Both sessions will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

EVV Providers – Update to Latest Version of the Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) Application: Revised Phase Out Date

EVV Providers who are currently using the SMC app through their phone, tablet, or other mobile device should update to the latest version of the application using the Apple Store, or Google Play. The current version of the app is now being phased out, effective Wednesday, September 4, 2024. To avoid any interruption of visit record keeping, you should now download the latest version of the app.

Recoupment of Claim Payments for Non-Covered Services Processed Under the COVID-19 Uninsured Benefit After the End of the Federal Public Health Emergency (PHE)

As explained in the January 17, 2024, e-message, MaineCare’s COVID-19 Uninsured Benefit was available for uninsured individuals through the end of the federal PHE, which ended May 11, 2023. MaineCare will not pay for services for this population for dates of service after May 11, 2023.  

Covered Services & Benefits

MaineCare pays for medically necessary services based on your coverage group, which is determined by your income, household size, age, medical needs, and if you need help with Activities of Daily Living. Each coverage group has different covered services and benefits, and there are limits or special rules for most covered services.
