Publication Submission Guidelines
The Maine Geological Survey accepts publications from outside the agency. If you are interested in collaboring with MGS or submitting a map or report for publication, please review the Publication Type Guidelines and the Report Submission Guidelines documents. Unfortunately, MGS does not have the capacity to publish everything that might be submitted to us from outside the agency. So before submitting an unsolicited map or report, please contact MGS staff to ensure that the submission is appropriate and can be handled in a way that meets the expectations of both parties.
