To accommodate a system upgrade, scheduling for personal visits will be temporarily unavailable.
- Scheduling Pause: Scheduling will be unavailable from noon on Friday, August 28, 2026, until Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
- Existing Visits: All visits scheduled and confirmed before the August 28 cutoff will still take place as planned.
- Recommendation: We highly encourage you to schedule any upcoming visits in advance to avoid disruptions.

Effective April 7, 2021, all incoming general correspondence (letters, notes, or similar written communication) for adult residents must be:
- On 8 ½” x 11” white paper
- Written or printed in black or dark blue ink.
