UPDATE: Changes to Resident Mail Procedures
Effective April 7, 2021, all incoming general correspondence (letters, notes, or similar written communication) for adult residents must be:
- On 8 ½” x 11” white paper
- Written or printed in black or dark blue ink.

All incoming resident mail must have a verifiable name and return address.
Cash shall not be sent to any resident.
Visitation
IF you are an approved visitor, to schedule a visit, call the facility at 207-255-1104 between Monday-Thursday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Visits are Saturday 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm or Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Walk-in visits are not permitted.
Visitor Application Process
Only visitors who are on the resident's approved visiting list will be permitted to visit. Any person wishing to visit who has not previously been an approved visitor must submit a Visitor Application. Residents will be notified if their potential visitors are approved or denied visitation.
