Senior Climate Advisor
Jessica Scott is a Senior Climate Advisor with the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, where she leads work on topics including the state’s Lead By Example goals, climate equity, and clean transportation. Prior to joining the office, Jessica was the Assistant Secretary for the Environment for the State of New York, where she developed policy and programs to advance the state’s climate goals. Jessica has more than a decade of climate and environmental policy expertise, working with academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and local, state, and federal governments. Jessica has a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment.
