Vendor Newsletters

Vendor Newsletters describe important changes and updates in the WIC Nutrition Program and are sent to retailers on a quarterly basis. In order to meet your annual training requirements, you are responsible for reviewing the information included in the newsletter, sharing the information with store staff that process WIC benefits, and document this in your training log.

Vendors: Give feedback on issues involving a WIC participant at your store using our online form. You can also fax a copy of the PDF to us at 207-287-3993

WIC Training Log

Training Log (PDF) is to be maintained on store premises.
Log is to include:

1. Material Trained
2. Date of Material
3. Trainer Name
4. Trainee Name
5. Date training completed
6. Trainee Signature

Log is for all staff who process Maine WIC benefits.
