In accordance with 28-B M.R.S. § 113(1) and 22 M.R.S. § 2425-A(13)(B), the Department of Administrative and Financial Services' Office of Cannabis Policy submits annual reports on the status of the Adult Use Cannabis Program and Maine Medical Use of Cannabis Program to the joint standing committee(s) of the Legislature having jurisdiction over adult use cannabis matters and health and human services matters, respectively.
