Adult Use Applicant, Licensee, and Entity Search

This tool features an "Applicant/Licensee Search" tab which allows interested parties to review all entities who have current and/or pending adult use applications with OCP. There are three unique ways to use this search tool:

  • By Name: Use the text box to manually enter a full or partial name to filter the results.
  • By License Status: Use the dropdown menu to filter results based on license status.
  • By Host Municipality: Click a municipality on the map to filter results to all establishments that have identified that community as their host.

User Tip: By clicking on a license number or name, principal and ownership information for that particular entity will populate in fields below, including information on other AUCP licensees with which those individuals are affiliated.

Status Definitions:

  • Pending Conditional: OCP has received an initial application for this establishment, and it has been assigned a prospective license number.
  • Conditional: The establishment has completed the first step in the application process and obtained a conditional license from OCP.
  • Conditional, Jurisdiction Approved: The establishment has obtained local authorization from a host municipality and is eligible to begin the supplemental/active license phase.
  • Active: The establishment has completed the application process and is eligible to conduct business operations involving the ownership and movement of cannabis.

The second "Principal/Owner" tab lists all owners and principals and allows for queries of the database by individual or business name. Once an owner or principal is selected, licensee information populates in the field below.

The data below is available for download in .xlsx format or .csv format. Additional information about active licensees, including issuance and expiration date, is available for download hereDownloadable data is updated in the beginning of each month (last updated December 10, 2024).

*The information contained herein is updated on Mondays as part of a weekly refresh cycle. In instances where a state or federal holiday falls on a Monday, information will be updated on the following business day.
