Hearing Aid Procurement Program
The Office of State Procurement Services has entered into contractual relationships with a number of hearing aid manufacturers by participating in a multi-state cooperative agreement administered by the State of Minnesota Cooperative Purchasing Venture (MNCPV). These contracts offer significant discounts from list price on a variety of types and models of hearing aids.

The purpose of each Master Agreement is to facilitate communication between clients and customers on an as needed basis. The services are available to all participating state entities, cities, counties, higher education, school districts and other political subdivisions on an as needed basis under the same cost and terms and conditions agreed to in the resulting Master Agreement.
Maine Armory Rental Program
The purpose of the program is to provide rental space at designated Maine State Armories. Revenue generated will help offset operating costs of these state-owned facilities.
This Master Agreement has been established to provide Print Services previously provided by Central Printing.
Beginning October 1, 2021, a new Master Agreement with ShredSafe LLC (DBA as Shredding on Site) was made available for all departments and State agencies to use.  The previous Master Agreement (same provider) expired 9/30/2021.  If an agency does not have an account established with this company, but wishes to use these services, the agency will need to contact ShredSafe LLC to set up their own accounts and schedule the services they require before they can use the contracted service.  The vendor contact information to set up an account for shredding services can be found in Rider A of the Master Agreement. 
The purpose of this RFP was to supply all State departments and agencies with Temporary Staffing Services. In order to accommodate Maine’s significant volume of Temporary Staffing needs across all departments, multiple awards were made.
Meeting and Conference Facilities This is being provided as a tool for a Pre-Qualified Vendor List for Meeting and Conference Facilities.  This link will provide guidelines to utilizing the list.  Agencies can direct vendors not on the list to  http://www.maine.gov/dafs/bbm/procurementservices/vendors/pqvls in order for them to submit a proposal to the most current RFP.
