🛈 Starting September 1, 2025, the Bureau will begin receiving new and converted Electronic Surety Bonds (ESB) through NMLS for the following license and registration types:
  • Debt Collector
  • Debt Management Service Provider
  • Full-Service Payroll Processor
  • Loan Broker
  • Money Transmitter
  • Supervised Lender
All businesses with existing licenses or registrations of these types issed through NMLS will be required to convert to an ESB by December 31, 2025. For more information, please see the Bureau's ESB Page.
