The work is here. And so are the workers. With an apprenticeship program customized to your business, you can build the employees you need to fit your unique skill set. The Maine Apprenticeship Program is for all types in industries, including healthcare, construction, manufacturing, clean energy and infrastructure, education, hospitality, IT, and more.
Best of all, the MAP team does all the heavy lifting. We’ll help you do the paperwork, design your customized training, and develop the content. Research shows that apprentices have 90% retention because they become employees who feel invested, connected, and supported. Talk about a smart business decision.

“There’s a very big shortage for RN’s, all kinds of clinical positions, and what we found is we needed to find a way to really grow our own. Our RN apprentices have an opportunity to really develop their skills in many different units at our organization. I think the program is really the wave of the future for organizations, be it a small organization or a very large organization—it really does benefit everyone.”
