Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments	AVCOG's has both a Business Loan Program (up to $150,000) and Microloan Program ($50,000 or less) which can be utilized for building improvements, furniture and fixtures, equipment, inventory, supplies, working capital. In addition AVCOG’s has a quick loan program for existing and start-up businesses for loans of less than $10,000 and for borrowers with a credit score of 650 or higher.
