Critical Pesticide Control Areas
The Board may designate an area as a critical pesticide control area for a variety of reasons. The procedure for petitioning for such a designation; the criteria used in the determination; and the currently designated areas within the state can be found in Chapter 60 (DOC) of the Boards rules.
Anyone wishing to designate an area as a Critical Pesticide Control Area may do so by using the Critical Pesticide Control Area Petition (PDF)
