Attention Solar Developers: New Reporting Requirement March 26, 2025 Deadline
Project Sponsors and their agents or representatives who are currently marketing or plan to market shared financial interest in a project that is participating in Net Energy Billing must register through the on-line registration process established on the Commission’s webpage on or before March 26, 2025. This Order applies to Project Sponsors and their agents who have already registered.
Developers needing to update or delete registration information should contact Commission Staff by email to PUCEnergyDeveloperFAQ@maine.gov
