The Legislature is in session between January and May or June (unless a special session is called). During that period, there is reserved parking on the south end of the Cross building for our Representatives and Senators. The remainder of the year, that parking area is considered general parking, unless otherwise marked. The signs that indicate which type of parking is permitted are often changed daily as the next day’s needs become known – so please look each time before you park. The signs are maintained by the grounds crew and are usually changed late in the afternoon of the day before Legislative parking takes effect.
