Maine CDC Breast and Cervical Health Program (MBCHP) offers free services!
- Free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services
- Access to full MaineCare if diagnosed with breast and/or cervical cancer or precancer
- For qualifying individuals who identify as a woman, nonbinary, or transgender To enroll in MBCHP, you must meet these eligibility criteria once a year:

The enrollment process is easy and can be completed by a brief phone call. The program offers additional benefits, including:
- Patient navigation
- Reimbursement for travel to MBCHP appointments
- Language interpretation
- The ability to backdate enrollment to cover services you already received
