Together Against the Storm: Creating Full-Scale Exercises for Healthcare Coalitions

Organizing a coalition-wide full-scale exercise that engages both hospital and non-hospital members can seem impossible, but each year, the Southeast/Southeast Central Ohio Healthcare Coalition (SEOHC) plans and conducts annual full-scale exercises for all coalition members in its 21-rural county area. Come learn how they engage all partners using the example of its March 2025 exercise that tested 15 hospitals and over 60 non-hospital members in response to severe weather scenario.
