Maine State Credit Union intent to close its Augusta Eastside branch drive-up facility

Maine State Credit Union, Augusta, Maine, notified the Superintendent of the Bureau of Financial Institutions, pursuant to Title 9-B M.R.S. §336, of its intent to close its Augusta Eastside branch drive-up facility located at 162 Hospital St., Augusta, Maine, on or about November 1, 2026. 

You may request that the Bureau of Financial Institutions require Maine State Credit Union to submit a comprehensive application in support of its proposal through Monday, September 21, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Title 9-B M.R.S. §336.  Written comments should be submitted to the Bureau of Financial Institutions, 36 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0036 and electronic comments may be sent to bfi.info@maine.gov.
