Augusta, MAINE - Governor Janet Mills announced today the Office of the Governor has launched new official public accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to more effectively communicate with Maine families.
“I look forward to connecting with Mainers, sharing information with them, and highlighting the work of my Administration on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram,” said Governor Mills. “While I do not think I will be as prolific a tweeter as the President – and I think that is a good thing – it is my hope that these platforms will offer a behind-the-scenes glimpse at Maine state government and an opportunity to continue the conversation on important issues.”
Governor Mills and Governor’s Office staff will maintain her new Twitter account: @GovJanetMills, Facebook account: @GovernorJanetMills, and Instagram account: @governorjanetmills.
