License verifications is available at no charge by visiting Board of Licensing of Auctioneers online licensing portal. OPOR does not issue paper license verifications.

LICENSE & RENEWAL INFORMATION
DELIVERY OF RENEWAL REMINDERS AND LICENSES
Renewal reminders and licenses are delivered to licensees via email. The email sender is displayed as “noreply@maine.gov” and the subject is either "YOUR PROFESSIONAL LICENSE IS DUE FOR RENEWAL" OR “YOUR OFFICIAL AUCTIONEER LICENSE IS ATTACHED”. Sometimes these notices end up in spam or junk folders so please be on the lookout for them.
Paper licenses will NOT be mailed to licensees with an email address on file with the Board.
You have the opportunity to update your contact information when you renew your license online or you may update your email address and other contact information anytime here.
