The Maine Department of Education (DOE) Maine School Safety Center is hosting the first School Safety & Transportation Conference from March 10-12, 2025 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. 

This event will bring together educators, transportation professionals, safety experts, and policymakers to discuss and explore innovative strategies, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve school safety and transportation systems. 

Register for the conference for FREE and register for lodging (first 100 room requests are FREE)

Monday March 10- On site check in 3pm-5pm, Welcome Reception at 6pm

Tuesday March 11- Sessions from 8am-5pm, lunch will be provided

Wednesday March 12- Sessions from 8am-2:30pm, lunch will be provided
