Androscoggin County Emergency Management Agency is excited to announce we will be hosting NIMS 402: Incident Command System Overview for Senior Officials, with Maine Emergency Management Agency Mass Care Coordinator Bill Guindon instructing. This course is designed to provide newly elected and appointed senior officials with an understanding of their role in supporting incident management within the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
Topics include (but are not limited to): What is NIMS, Preparedness, ICS Organization & Features, Emergency Operation Centers, The MAC Group and Joint Information System

The course is free for participants and no prerequisites are required to attend.
