Thank you for your interest in the rulemaking work of the Office of Cannabis Policy (OCP). Public input is critical as OCP develops its regulations for Maine’s cannabis programs.
The Office is currently accepting comments on the proposed rule for the Medical Cannabis Research Grant Program, 18-691 CMR, ch. 100. All public comments must be submitted to OCP by Friday, October 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
The “Rulemaking Public Comment Form" provides designated space for comments on the proposed rule. For example, to comment on "Section 3 – Application Requirements", please select that section specifically and then provide your comment in the text box that follows. Do this for as many sections you would like to comment on.
